Communicating the benefits of a new management concept, across both office
and factory teams meant something special was needed - and CODE responded
with a launch featuring a 40 piece orchestra.
'Working in Harmony', used the metaphor of an orchestra to communicate how
different facets of a business can work satisfactorily independently but,
when they work together create optimum profit.
The programme extended to a range of onsite communication material including
salary inserts, posters and merchandise.
