Commercially aware you'll need a strong folio of real life campaigns and design projects. The ability to develop concepts and designs that have a clear marketing rational is critical

You will have had & least 3 years agency / design consultancy experience and be able to take concepts and turn them into brilliant visuals and artwork. Salary 18k +

Junior Web Developer

Devon based design agency requires a Junior Web Developer to start on a permanent contract immediately. You have must be able to demonstrate proven multi-project experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a web based programming language.

Person Requirements: Hold a Web Technologies, Computer Science, Information Management or New-media related degree (or have experience in the field) and have a strong grounding in some or all of the following modern web design techniques:

- Standards-based (X)HTML/CSS.
- Semantic mark-up (that validates).
- Pure CSS layouts (with no HTML tables).
- Accessibility.
- User-interface design/usability.
- Have an understanding of Unobtrusive JavaScript methods.
- SEO promotions understating /experience
- Good understating of IT
- Good communication skills
